Camp Jabberwocky is considered to be the nation's first sleep over camp devoted to enriching the lives of people with disabilities. Helen Lamb, fondly known as Hellcat, founded the camp in 1953. She passed away last August. Her memorial service is scheduled for July 26 at the Oak Bluffs Tabernacle.
